In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
Delivery Policy
Citywide Flower Plants offers reliable flower and plant delivery throughout Manhattan and select areas of New York City. We provide same-day delivery for eligible orders placed during business hours, subject to product availability and delivery capacity.
Delivery Areas: We deliver throughout Manhattan, including the Upper East Side, Upper West Side, Midtown, Chelsea, SoHo, Tribeca, Harlem, the Financial District, and surrounding neighborhoods. Delivery to other NYC areas may be available upon request.
Delivery Timeframes: Same-day delivery is available for eligible orders placed before our daily cutoff time. Delivery times may vary depending on order volume, traffic, weather, holidays, and the delivery location. Specific delivery times are not guaranteed unless confirmed in advance.
Special Delivery Instructions: Please provide the recipient's complete address, apartment or suite number, phone number, and any special delivery instructions. For deliveries to offices, hospitals, hotels, and residential buildings, the order may be left with the front desk, receiving department, concierge, or another designated recipient when direct delivery is not possible.
Conditions: Delivery is subject to availability and confirmation. If the requested flowers, plants, or specific products are unavailable, we may contact the customer regarding a suitable substitution of equal or greater value. Severe weather, traffic, building restrictions, incorrect addresses, or the recipient's unavailability may cause delays.
For questions about delivery availability, same-day service, or delivery outside our regular service area, please contact Citywide Flower Plants before placing your order.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, we do offer exchanges — please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange an exchange.
Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
