Terrific, efficient and friendly customer service! My girlfriend is on a ladies trip to NYC in advance of our upcoming wedding. I called to have 2 dozen roses delivered to her hotel. They asked me to place the order through their website, which I did. When I called again to confirm they got the order I was informed that the roses were already on their way. When I called the hotel, I learned they were already in her room waiting for her. Shortly thereafter I got a photo and text from my girlfriend shocked and thanking me for the beautiful roses. City Wide delivered for sure!
